Minaba Ghana Limited started operations in Accra in 2014 as dealers in quality construction materials and property management consultants dedicated to providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent services, quality products with an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship, maintaining friendly, fair, and creative works environment, which respects diversity, ideas and hard work

In 2017, the company ventured into construction services with the refurbishment of uncompleted residential building located in Accra metropolis. This step took place as the company’s client demanded for construction to be executed by professionals with constant supervision. The best way to deliver an excellent final product was to be in control of the whole construction process. For the last eight years, the company has been involved in a number of projects such as AU Village Estate, Kings Cottage Estate and Kings Ville Estate all in Greater Region for Top Kings Limited gaining experience on the Ghanaian market with regards to the available building technology as well as climatic conditions. The company’s latest project is the construction of 70 housing units at different stages of completion at Kasoa, Kings City for Top Kings Limited.

The year 2019 was another milestone for the company as it acquired prime lands at Sakumono, Spintex Road and Sampah Valley in Accra to start development of its own apartments for rental.  Since then, the company has prepared these sites, constructed fence walls with gates ready to start development.

For the last eight years, Minaba Ghana Limited has also entered into the area of property management and consultancy as clients require not just construction of their houses but renting and selling them out as well. Moreover, the clients are willing to hand over the site for the company to develop it with the best suitable technology. The aim is to manage property (land and buildings) as investments so that they produce as much profit as possible.
